Discover how to add scenes from different sources so everyone can bring their work together, compare ideas, and make better design decisions as a team.
When you click Add Scene in the Scene List panel, a modal appears with two options:
① Upload 3D Files : Import supported 3D file formats directly into the Board
② Import from Studio : Select and bring in one or more scenes you have created in Studio
Note: Only Owners and Editors can add scenes.
Viewers can browse existing scenes but cannot add or edit them.
Upload 3D Files
In the Add Scenes modal, click Click here or Drag file to upload
Or drag your file directly into the upload area
Supported formats: step, stp, sldprt, sldasm, 3dm, fbx, glb/gltf, obj
Maximum file size: 300MB
Import from Studio
In the Add Scenes modal, scroll to the Recent section or click View more to see your Studio list
Select a Studio, then choose one or more scenes to import (multiple selection supported)
Tips
Name your scenes clearly so collaborators can identify them easily
Use Studio for detailed edits, then re-import to keep the Board updated
