Overview

① Projects: View accessible Surfee projects. You can check Boards that are published or shared with you.

② Workspace: Create folders to manage your projects. You can also check updates such as comments and board invitations. Click your profile to edit personal information.

③ Top Menu: Start a blank project using New project, or import a file using Import file to begin working in Surfee.

Managing Projects

All projects you create are saved in the default My Workspace.

Use folders to organize and manage Projects and Boards by category. You can create new folders or delete existing ones. Manage projects using the context menu that appears when you RMB on a project.

Projects

• Open in new tab: Open the project in a new tab.

• Duplicate : Creates a copy of the Project.

• Rename : Changes the Project name.

• Move to : Moves the Project to another folder. (All Boards linked to the Projects will move together.)

• Delete : Deletes the Project.

Board

Owned by Me

• Open in new tab : Opens the Boards in a new tab.

• Share : Opens sharing options menu.

• Rename : Changes the Project name.

• Delete : Deletes the Boards.

Owned by Others

• Open in new tab : Opens the Boards in a new tab.

• Share : Opens sharing options menu.

• Leave : Removes you from the shared Board. (You will no longer have access to it.)

Notifications

Boards are inherently linked to their parent Project. You can create multiple Boards from a single Project, but Boards cannot be moved to another folder separately. When you move a Project to another folder, all associated Boards will move with it.
