Learn how to share your Board and invite members so your team can review, discuss, and update designs together in one place. By setting the right access and roles, you can ensure secure and efficient collaboration.

You can share a Board by inviting members via email or by sending a link. Member roles determine what actions they can perform in the Board. You can also control link accessibility and set an expiration date for access.
Invite via Email
In the Share modal, enter one or more email addresses in the input field (separate with commas or press Enter).
Click Invite to send an invitation.
Invited members will appear in the Members list with their assigned role.

Copy Share Link
Click Copy link at the top right of the modal.
Share this link with people you want to give access to.
Use the Accessible for dropdown to control who can open the link:
Anyone with the link – Public Board; accessible without login
Invited members only – Accessible to invited members who are logged in
No one – Private; link will not grant access to anyone

Manage Member Roles
Each member has one of the following roles:
Owner – Can manage members, add/edit scenes, and change Board settings
Editor – Can add/edit scenes and comments, but not manage members
Viewer – Can view scenes and comments only
Change roles directly in the Members list (if you have Owner permissions)
Role | Add Comments | Add/Edit Scenes | Invite Members | Change Roles | Manage Board Settings |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Owner | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ |
Editor | ✔ | ✔ | ✔ | ✘ | ✘ |
Viewer | ✔ | ✘ | ✘ | ✘ | ✘ |

Set Expiration Date
Use the Expiration date option to set a date when the shared link will no longer be valid.
This is useful for time-limited collaboration or external reviews.

Tips
Use Invited members only for secure, private collaboration.
Set expiration dates for links shared with external reviewers to limit access.
