Learn how to use comments in the Board so your team can leave precise feedback, discuss design details, and track changes in one place. Pin comments directly to the scene to make sure feedback is clear and actionable.
Comments allow team members to exchange feedback directly on the scene. You can pin comments to specific points in the Viewport, reply to existing comments, and mention members to notify them instantly.
Add a Comment
Select a point in the Viewport where you want to leave feedback.
Click Add Comment in the Comment Panel or use the comment shortcut.
Type your feedback and click Post.
The comment will be pinned to the selected location in the scene.
Mention a Member
In the comment text, type @username to mention a specific team member.
Mentioned members receive a notification to review the comment.
Reply to Comments
Select an existing comment in the Comment Panel.
Click Reply to respond directly under the original comment thread.
Resolve or Delete Comments
Once feedback is addressed, mark the comment as Resolved to clear it from the active list.
If needed, delete comments you have posted.
Owners and Editors can delete any comment; Viewers can only delete their own.
